ABOUT THE CHEF

 Executive Chef Kenneth N Maina has vast experience in the food 
industry/ hospitality industry from the suburbs of gigiri (Tribe hotel) 
The British army (I.M.A.T.C) 
Embakasi to Johannesburg South 
Africa (Inter-continental four 
ways palazzo Jo-burg) and 
intercontinental hotel Sandton 
towers hotel. Having had 
prepared meals for the Rtd. 
president Mwai Kibaki at the 
statehouse Nairobi and his 
dignitaries and ministers under the Utalii hotel. Utalii College 
trained and a protégé of the world-renowned Chef Klaus Beckman. 
Chef Maina will teach you how to execute savory dishes at the 
comfort of your own kitchen. Chef Maina’s dedication and passion 
for recipes that he’s created in addition to his desire to share 
marvelous cooking techniques to his students brings out their inner chef
.

Bringing out awareness of the worlds cuisines and culture through the exploration of spices, herbs, roots, flowers, fruits, nuts, colors, texture, flavors, aromas and exotic culinary techniques we invite you to be aware and open to many cultures, artists and theories of the worlds people.
